A unique Grade II Listed property situated close to Bradbourne.

The south extension of the old mill house was built in the 17th century with a thatched roof before being retiled before the 19th century. The original north end of the building was re-built, in 1837 by Sir William Fitzherbert, on top of the lower wall of the existing house which could date back to early medieval times.
